cant get the mod to work
Don’t need a Cheat/Hack/Mod for money. Just open up your careerSavegame.xml file and edit the funds you have. Very simple.
Cant find my funds in carreer save game so this is easier
My documents>My Games> Savegame(1,2,3,4,5, etc)>CareerSavegame.xml
Easier then that, you won’t get it…

Download Notepad++… to read the xml
you have to be in a peace of equipment and press Ctrl+Alt and then the number 0 ( not the letter o ) and you will hear the vehicle horn blow and the money will increase by 100,000.00 $
