Previous energy productions have consistently generated electrical charge. Solar panels at night and wind turbines without wind.
With this example mod and the stored script, the wind turbines and solar panels based on the Giants generators are linked to a production.
Little or no sunlight means less or no electrical charge.
Wind speed also plays a role in generating electrical charge.
