FS25 Real Vehicle Breakdowns v1.0
This modification causes vehicle component failures.
Parts are set for operating hours, for example the thermostat fails after 150 hours.
The system monitors the vehicle’s operating temperature; If the engine is still too cold, the vehicle may be damaged.
After starting the vehicle, if the engine operating temperature has not yet reached above 30°C, the vehicle will be damaged; this can be tracked on the damage information bar.
It is currently unclear whether only the engine or parts belonging to the engine will be damaged in such a case. The mod is currently shared in beta.
To calculate vehicle maintenance and repair costs, the purchase price and the age of the vehicle are taken into account. I need to try it on so I can make precise adjustments.

List of errors:
Thermostat error, there can be two types.
- The thermostat overheats, in this case the operating temperature is too high, the vehicle is damaged and fuel consumption increases.
- Thermostat too cooled, in this case the operating temperature fluctuates, fuel consumption increases.
- All front and rear lights are not working, so I currently created the error generation. In the event of this error, the indicators and hazard lights are functional.
- Glow plug, in this case fuel consumption increases and starting the engine becomes more difficult.
- Wiper motor, in this case the wiper blades do not move. This may cause other errors in the future.
- Generator, in this case the vehicle battery is not charged, so it may discharge and the engine cannot start.
- Engine error, in this case the engine can start and the maximum speed is 7 km/h.
- Automatic starter, in this case the engine will be more difficult to start or will not start at all.
- Battery, in this case the engine will start more difficult or not start at all.
- Maintenance interval, in this case the vehicle will be damaged if a value higher than the set maintenance interval is present in the vehicle.
Causes of battery discharge:
a) You turned off the vehicle engine but did not turn off the lights, the more lights are on, the faster the battery will discharge
b) due to generator failure, the battery does not charge
The battery can be charged in the workshop.
When the engine is running and the generator is operational, the battery gradually charges.
In the RGB menu you can select how often the vehicles should be serviced.
Repair costs are calculated based on the purchase value of the vehicle; this may change subsequently to the extent that a minimum repair price is determined. Because there are vehicles whose developers have offered very low prices.
The system does not yet provide an hourly rate for repairs.
