Estancia São Carlos is a Brazilian map inspired by the region of Jataí, Goiás.

-A new save is required to avoid conflicts!
-Visual fixes and improvements to the map: all objects have been remodeled, and vegetation has been redone.
-Landscaping improvements with a greater variety of decorations.
-Planting and harvesting calendar modified.
-Map latitude corrected, with seasons adjusted to the southern hemisphere.
-Black bean, millet, and rice crops added.
-Coffee roasting factory added.
-Soybean, wheat, and sugarcane crops aligned.
-Animal feeding modified.
-The cooperative has been relocated to the city.
-The BGA has been removed.
-The lime seller is now in a new location.
-A workshop has been added where the carpentry was.
-Sugarcane mill added, with ethanol production point.
-To transport ethanol, buy the “MKS 32” tank in the “trailers” category.
-Ethanol can be sold at the gas station.
-Some fields have been divided into smaller ones.
-The main farm now includes a cow barn.
-The map features 36 medium and large fields, all with missions.
-The store has a workshop for machinery maintenance.
-The city includes production points like a bakery and coffee factory, as well as a market and cooperative that accept various products.
-There is a gas station near the store.
-Grains, potatoes, and beets can be sold at the warehouses.
-If you need lime, take a trailer to the lime seller. You can also sell stones there.
-Bales can be sold at the bale point, located next to warehouse 2.
-The map also has a sawmill for selling wood and producing planks.
-To sell milk, go to the dairy, which also has a production point for dairy products.
-The main farm has two sheds for storing machinery, a house for resting, a cow pasture, a chicken coop, and a water tower.
-The secondary farm has a large shed for machines, a house for resting, a cow pasture, a water tower, and an antenna.
-All land on the map can be purchased, and objects on the farms can be sold for customization.
-Farm objects can only be used or sold once the land is purchased.
-There is no snow on this map, as the winter in this region is only cold and dry.
-Most businesses close at the end of the day, so be mindful!
