The Harvestore bottom drain silo is filled with feed at the top, which is then removed as silage and fed to animals at the bottom of the silo. This means that the feed that has remained in the silo the longest is always removed and distributed. This allows you to track how long food stays in the silo.
The farmer can thus count on that the animals always receive the same fermented food. Under conditions as gas-tight as possible, the silo produces optimal silage which, thanks to the respiratory system, has only minimal nutrient losses.
