Fixed sounds files and higher rpms xml files for Fords F350 for FS 15

Description:
Ok this is new sounds for the F350_Ford_Diesel_Tracked and the F350_Ford_Diesel_Dually along with the XML file too. Ok to use the files open the zipped file up, Drag the stuff out and it will have 2 folders one F350_Ford_Diesel_Dually and one F350_Ford_Diesel_Tracked and one sounds folder. And put the files in the place of the old files. I will do a video later on how to do this :)
