Modification of the XML following the fuels it stores!

– Details like: (Insurance sticker & crit’air / Limitation discs / Decorated interior!
– Following XML modifications: (Faster than originally, brakes better)!
– Mercura flashing lights and horns! (thanks to @Kaymara for the gyros )
– Modifiable colors!
